True leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders.” – Tom Peters

I am passionate about leadership.  During my 18 years as an executive leader in Wealth Management, what energized me most was the challenge of coming up with new ways to engage my teams and create more dynamic and cohesive environments based on trust and responsibility. My strengths have always been my intuitiveness of people and my ability to establish authentic connections with others. Without knowing it at the time, I was a heart-centered leader that naturally gravitated towards coaching and supporting the growth of my team members, promoting not only their professional development but also enhancing their overall effectiveness and well-being.

What I also realized during my corporate career was that in order to be an effective leader, it is critical to establish a work-life balance that nourishes the body, mind and spirit. I am grateful that I fell in love with yoga and meditation very early in my career, as these mindfulness practices bolstered my health and wellness, raised my emotional intelligence and allowed me to be more aware and present as a leader. As my knowledge expanded and my practices deepened, I evolved into a teacher of yoga and meditation, an advocate of holistic wellness and a coach of conscious leadership.

More than ever, there are tremendous pressures in the corporate world to innovate and adapt, due to the unprecedented rate of change and disruption across all business sectors and industries. People are finding themselves stressed out, burned out and overwhelmed, without having the right tools and skills to successfully navigate the demands of their corporate careers. By combining my passions for coaching and holistic wellness with my extensive experience in corporate leadership, I have made it my mission to support and empower other leaders so that they may access their full potential and achieve greater impact, balance and connectedness with their teams and in their lives.

There is tremendous value for companies to develop heart-centered leaders who appreciate the importance of personal connection in today’s work environment. When leaders are attuned to their own inner strengths, they are committed to integrity, courage and the responsibility of doing whatever it takes to be in alignment with their visions and values. Those who embody such a mindset are servant leaders who understand that they are first and foremost in service to their team, company and clients. By putting the needs of others first, these leaders will naturally inspire passion, loyalty and trust.

The business paradigm is shifting away from bottom line leadership and moving towards a people-first approach that inspires greater loyalty, creativity and productivity. I am committed to working with companies to help define and implement wellness strategies and heart-centered leadership programs that support retention, create a mindfulness culture, and increase team trust, connection, engagement and performance.
